Babel Rush requires internet connection to download, run and play the game. Please make sure you are connected to a stable WIFI or mobile data connection.
Babel Rush won't start/stuck in loading
[Android Device]
1. Go to Settings app on your device.
2. Tap General > Apps > Babel Rush
3. Tap Force Stop (to completely close the game)
4. Tap Clear Cache
5. Restart your device (optional)
6. Open Babel Rush and start the game
Lag/Delay
1. Open Babel Rush on your device
2. Login your account
3. Tap Setting button (located at the top right of the screen)
4. Under Game tab, adjust your visual quality to Low or Mid and turn off Action Camera
Tips:
Please make space on your device by uninstalling apps you're not using or use cleaning app/tool to safely remove unnecessary data on your device.
Check for android or iOS updates. System updates can bring improvements that may fix your issue.
Always update your app to the latest version.
